Please be advised the grass verges around Ivey Close and along Chestnut Way are severely overgrown, the grass is so thick our strimmer's do not get through it. Trying to maintain due to fewer maintenance cuts but cannot continue - please inspect and arrange for cutting to take place.

Pot holed failing road surface on roundabout, 23rd April
The road surface on the roundabout heading towards princes risborough from the shell garage is failing and pot holes are spread out all over the roundabout. Very dangerous and hard to avoid.

Bar Lane HP27 9RG northern half, 19th April
The recent resurfacing of Bar Lane is so high that we can't drive off the road with constructing our own ramp of broken paving slabs: very unsatisfactory. We need a little ramp made. I don't think the council is meant to leave a private vehicular access unusable after resurfacing. Also (see previous issue raised) the resurfacing has indeed encouraged speeding traffic.

A drainage pipe appears to emitting raw sewage into a ditch that links into the stream approx 4 metres away, by the side of a footpath off Mill Lane between the Railway Bridge and Kingsmead., 17th April

2 large pot holes have occured along North Mill Road, 7th April
Pot holes x 2 are large and occur on opposite sides of the road. Pot holes have been there for some time, but are now getting deeper and larger. I will report other Pot hole on another form

Opposite the Bungalow, Owlswick approaching the Green, 6th April
This is 6" at deepest and continues for about 20yds, It has been caused by large lorries turning in and out of the new housing development and has been causing problems for some time, but now that the development is almost finished it seems a good time to fix it. The whole of Owlswick Lane has suffered from this development, this pothole is the worst, but there are many others caused by vehicles too large for the road.

Road sign ‘Stockwell Lane’ has been driven into and is falling over, 6th April
On traffic island triangle at end of Stockwell lane. The road sign has been knocked by a car and is falling over. Also the edge if the island has been driven over and the edge of the road is breaking down.

On the entrance to Cheverton Avenue Princes Risborough next to Hypnos Beds, 5th April
There has been a central island built on the entrance to the road, cars are still continuing to park either side and making it impossible for residents to enter the road, the picture I have submitted is a regular occurrence, as you can see my car is unable to pass the parked car, and I have to drive onto the stones potentially damaging my car. We were originally told it would be a higher island with high curbs, but instead it’s flat.

Between pin and Perry Lane junction, 24th March
Between the dropped pin and the junction with Perry Lane, the road surface has failed on the Chinnor-bound side of the road. It feels very uneven by car, but cycling along this stretch you get shaken about to the extent that it's difficult to keep hold of the handle bars! I was hoping this was going to be fixed during the recent road closures, but alas it has not been touched. Please could a decent surface be applied to this stretch of road?
