Pedley Hill 0.5 Miles down hill fron Junction with Clements End Road, 30th June

Fri, 30 Jun 2023 13:18:56 +0100
51.817925 -0.518485

This is the same pothole reported back in April and May which has now opened up subtantially and is over 10cm deep. It wiped out 2 of my tyres as I could not avoid it due to a car coming in the other direction. I am making a claim against Central Beds Council as this was reported and known but no action has been taken to fix it. There is another bad pothole just a few metres from this one will report in a seprate note. If these are not fixed quickly there could be a serious injury to a car driver, motorcyclist or cyclist.

Side of road, 21st June

Wed, 21 Jun 2023 20:54:54 +0100
51.817925 -0.518485

I have previously reported this. I had an email to say this is part of planned work, yet the hole is getting bigger. This needs action soon, rather than waiting. This hole is likely to cause damage to some one car if they were to go down it. The road is narrow and if a car comes the opposite direction you have to brake to avoid damage.
