By way of an update to my recent report, those responsible people who do clear up after their dogs are being forced to dispose of the bags in one of the two already overflowing general waste bins at this same location which also badly need emptying.

Two litter bins have been overflowing for at least a week and the same for the dog poo bin whiach has now got a large plastic bag full of brown indistinct and indescribable foul material pushed into the top preventing any further waste bags.
