Pedestrian crossing at the Churchill Avenue junction on the Fowler Road side, 26th April
The pedestrian crossing is stuck on the red man and the button shows a red outline constantly as if someone has pressed to cross. Even when the traffic light goes red and the traffic stops, the red man stays on, this makes it very difficult to know if it is actually safe to cross as the green man never lights up.

Entrance into Hampddn Hall estate off roundabout, 25th April
Repeatedly/ over many months parking car on main entrance road into estate. Car has a blue badge but that doesn't permit for dangerous parking which this is, and is within 10m of junction. Yellow lines were installed after many serious near misses, as parking in that location forces cars onto other side of road, which is an exit off the inner green roundabout, making entry/ exit perilous for others. Person has been asked repeatedly to stop this (own parking at rear of property) but states they are permitted to by law under the blue badge scheme. They walk a further distance to their house parking there, than they would to park in their parking at the rear of their home. It's an accident waiting to happen. Any enforcement action to encourage responsible parking and to prevent serious injury to others would be much appreciated.

Flytipping on the pavement, 25th April
I just reported this yesterday, upload fee pictures. Today, there's more rubbish. The person that does this, just added some more furniture on the pavement, leaning on my fence. One of my neighbours uses a wheelchair. She won't be able to use the pavement now, because of the rubbish. Can someone stop this happening. It keeps adding up daily now.

Paths behind Midhurst Close., 25th April
Another report....the pavement has failed all along the paths behind Midhurst/Ambleside/Pevensey Close. The tarmac is sticking UP by the 'middle' dog poo bin, it's raised and dangerous. Other parts of this path are full of holes, tarmac gone, down to the concrete beneath. Trip hazards. It's even worse of an evening, no streetlights in the area. Its dangerous.
