Bins Blocking Public Footpath, 5th May
Reident leaves bins on public footpath all day ever day and parents of students of local school have been in contact to report issue of pupils hitting them on bikes and scooters.
Section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 allows the council to specify how you should present your waste and what we can do if you fail to meet your obligations.

Car is crossing over public footpath where the kerb is not dropped outside of 143 Bicester road l., 5th May
The occupier of house 143 Bicester road, Aylesbury hp199ba is bring their car in their front garden when they don't have dropped kerb. The occupier has but in note on our car for blocking the driveway when the kerb is not dropped.

Access road between lay road and rear of holland road, 4th May
Untaxed or un motd vehicle parking on the junction blocking access to leaving /entering the service road . Owner seems to get away with this on multiple occasions despite repeated reports. Total joke , concerned this will cause an accident.

Unclear signage, 4th May
On 17 April, I parked at the Waitrose Waterside car park and proceed to the nearest machine. This was out of order. I continued past another out of order machine until I found one working and purchased a ticket. I have just received a parking charge notice because the nearest working machine was apparently not the correct one for the bottom level of parking garage. Normally parking in one garage is run by the same company. If there was signage on the correct broken machine I did not notice any that warned me not to use others on other floors.

KE11MOV was left for diagnostic work in March 2020, The customer was quoted for work and then stopped responding to us regarding picking the vehicle up.

California Brook blocked, 3rd May
The California Brook seems to be blocked, there is a collection of debris and rubbish which may be blocking it. One side of the brook is also higher and we are concerned it may flood and overflow. Please can this be inspected?

Annual problem lamp No6 the adjacent tree has leaves beginning to obscure the lamp light and needs them trimmed back before total loss of light. DSimple job best done early before obscurity

Flytipping, 3rd May
The entire back of Iceland is now a dumping ground for rubbish, I asked the owners of the wheelie bins to remove them which they have done but the problem has got worse. The rubbish is not only an eyesore but it smells and will encourage rats. Please arrange for the area to be cleared. Thank you.

Non-residents parking in resident bays, 3rd May
I am a resident of Cambridge street. I pay for residents permits, but every single day it is a struggle to park due to many people without residents permits parking illegally. On many occasions I have asked people pulling up if they have permits and they say 'no'. They often are not aware that it is residents only. I pay money they do not. Many are those visiting the take away shops across the road or not wanting to pay parking charges in the retail park. Some are cab drivers who do not live here, just hanging around. Not just collecting and going, but standing about the place. The Council is trying to manage a budget, but if you actually invested in cameras up you would make a small fortune in revenue with the amount of illegal parking that goes on. Please can you enforce it better. I so rarely see parking attendants. It would be helpful if you put up more residents signs as these are not clearly visible and warn people they will get a fine if they park there. I have lived here for 7 years and I am really tired of it. I have had to park miles away from my house due to those parking illegally and it not being enforced. It is getting worse. Please could you take some action to make us hard working residents get the parking situation they deserve. I don't want the take away shops to lose business, but there are loads of parking areas on the retail parks and people can easily collect food after parking there without taking residents spaces. I often have to go and park in the retail park and pay for parking until people return to their cars. I shouldn't have to pay extra when I pay for a permit and I shouldn't have to enforce the parking when I am paying the council for the space I expect you to do that.
