Lack of signs at roadworks, 15th May
Bucks Highways road patching works taking place on Broadfields. Lack of signs on Bicester Road means drivers going down Broadfields are committed to going through works and being delayed as no other way in or out. Please put out signs to warn of this.

Flooding causing traffic/ car damage, 15th May
Hello,
Just wanted to make you aware of the build-up of floods on rainy days causing extreme traffic and occasional water damage to vehicles, out of Aylesbury to Waddesdon on the A41 under the bridge in Berryfields.
This occurs whenever there is rain and it is becoming problematic for residents and commuters.
I understand that there are several road works in progress but I just wanted to flag this for investigation.

Fly tipping Whitehall Street Car Park, 15th May
Once again people are dumping rubbish in the carpark around the Traid donation bin - there is still a smashed tv there from last time that was not taken away. The clothes and rubbish are wet and flying around the car park in the wind. This happens every week, get rid of the donation bin.

Footpath underpass flooded, 14th May
The underpass which goes under Coldharbour Way and meets Griffin Lane has been unusable for a number of months due to flooding and mud on the footpath. Please can this be resolved as soon as possible, thank you.

Driveway problem because of lamp post, 14th May
Hi, I am planning to make a driveway with gravel so there would be no water absorb issue. The problem is lamppost, which is the main barrier to driveway. Can you please let me know the whole process of moving lamppost. I searched Bucks' website but can not find any proper information. Now improvement works going on in this road, I believe this will make the process quicker. Thank you

Diectly outside ava primary scool, 13th May
Parking on double yellow and zigzag out side the school. School has be provided with 3 child size no parking signs but this isnt enough for this part of the road

Oakside - opposite McDonalds Drive in, outside 54 Oxford Road, 13th May
All the kerb stones have lifted and some repairs were carried out in the past, however not properly closed out and its worse than before the repair now. it is potentially going to cause tyre punctures and we will be looking to claim against the council all costs resulting from any such damages shoudl this occur. this has been in situ for over 6 months.

Blocking Access to rear of Topps Tiles Store, 13th May
As the service road (rear of store) is narrow, there is little space to manoeuvre for larger vehicles such as lorries who regular load goods to and from us.
Deliveries and pickups have been successful but this is a problem when vehicles are parking on this road as it prevents lorries from turning into our site.
I have attached images which should hopefully make things clearer.
The first image shows the inside of our car park where the loading takes place. As you can see with the cars parked on the opposite side of the road, lorries will be struggling to access in and out as the space is too tight.
Images 2 and 3 are clearer images of vehicles parked on this road and the obstruction they cause.
As a result, we are having to turn away many deliveries and cancel many collections which is not only proving costly, but is also affecting trade.
If there is something you could do to prevent this going forward that would be greatly appreciated.
