CLANKING DRAIN I have now reported this SEVERAL TIMES in addition to calling your offices. I still have NO INFORMATION AS TO WHEN THIS WILL BE FIXED!!!! As well as myself this problem is now affecting all local residents QUALITY OF LIFE not to mention affecting my mental health. PLEASE CAN YOU RESPOND WITH A DATE WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED????

11 to 15 Bulls Lane pothole surface problems, 23rd April
The amount of building services and local traffic along Bulls Lane has created potholes and the breaking up of the already bad surface. Road needs serious repairing to avoid all the persistent problems happening again and again. Specially following rain flooding.

At the furthest end of Bulls Lane., 15th April
The road surface has deteriorated that the bottom of my car now scrapes along vegetation that has grown where there is no tarmac. We struggled ourselves to scrape some of the vegetation away but it revealed no tarmac underneath which will result in the same vegetation growing back again. All vegetation needs removing and the road resurfacing as it is challenging for smaller lower cars to drive on. An ambulance driver who attended recently expressed concerns when they drove down Bulls Lane as they had to take an elderly neighbour to hospital. It was a very uncomfortable ride when she was in a lot of pain.

Left hand side just before the bend, has been there months.
I think it would be beneficial and more efficient to inspect this whole road as it would take too much time to report each defect individually on fms.
