A plastic tub of tiles / tile debris has been dumped in this lay-by with a black plastic bag of unknown waste. (uncertain if this is the exact lay-by, hard to tell)

Footpath in front of Maitland, 12th April
Paving has been hollowed out by goods vehicles turning on driveway. Hole is 2m by 1m approx. and is sunken and raised, and is both a pedestrian and vehicle hazard. Elderly neighbours are concerned they will fall over the raised area or in the hollow (when puddled). Visitors cars are regularly catching on the underside when entering our driveway.

Lay-by b/w Mapridge Cottage & Dutchlands Farm Cottaes, 10th April
HS2 earth-moving HGVs are being stored at this location prior to 09:00 by HS2 rather than on their own site. The damage caused to the lay-by and the verge at this location is becoming catastrophic due to the sheer volume and mass of vehicles being left here on regular basis.

Vehicle has been left in pinch point and is causing traffic, 27th March
Dangerous located and left - located at pinch point in road - local buses cannot fget past easily and the vehicle is a state of disrepair - although taxed its likely this is due to a rolling DD - please inspect and issue citation for owner.

Pot hole just after passing bay on the LHS going down towards A413, just after HS2 works, 22nd March
Very deep pothole which caused a puncture, going down the hill. Also close to the other pothole reported last week. Both have appeared in the past two weeks and are getting worse.

Multiple potholes on the south/east side on the corner by Hunt's Green Cottages. Impossible to cycle on the correct side of the road around the junction, and hard to see when it's raining.

Trench across 95% of the road, 21st March
A 1 ft wide, several inches deep trench lies across about 95% of the road. Dangerous to drive across, and impossible to cycle across - only level way is to go in the mud on the north-west side of the road.
