The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of HP16 0QX:
There are so many potholes that an exact location is impossible. These very dangerous potholes have been reported many times and yes they were temporarily filled but as we all know this doesn’t last and they come back worse than ever. People drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid them and yesterday I was walking down froth hill and it was terrifying as cars were swerving towards me to avoid them., 28th April
From south Heath cross roads down to the main Frith hill the road is in a terrible state.

Stretches of potholes along the top section of the hill, 28th April
I am doing a separate report for this hill to show the extent of the potholes all the way along it. As explained in the other report this needs properly resurfacing as the touch up spray repair has merely lasted 6 months. Many thanks

Entire hill is littered with potholes, 28th April
This was previously patched up with the grit spraying truck about 6 months ago and now the water has put it back to square one. The entire stretch of this hill needs properly resurfacing to ensure this is fixed once and for all. Thank you.

Half of the road is missing, 28th April

Large collection of silt and stones due to water flow. Numerous potholes within the area., 28th April
This needs a digger to properly clear the entire junction of silt and debris. A previous repair now has a sharp raised edge compared to the rest of the road surface. Please come and do the whole thing! Thank you.

Frith hill south heath leg past “weights and measures sbd entrance to hs2, 29th April
New pot holes snd appalling repair job last year once again making this very bad snd dangerous with cars and cyclists swerving into middle of road. This is section used if you walk to it from great Missenden.

Roundabout on A413 at junction with Link Rd into Great Missenden. Ditch in road surface., 27th April
As you enter onto the roundabout from the A413 and want to go into Link Road towards Great Missenden, the road surface has deteriorated quite a bit. There’s also a small pothole forming on the roundabout as you go around it towards the HS2 area slip rd entrance.

Dangerous driving on the pavement., 22nd April
Hello, I want to know if anything can be done to stop people driving at speed on the pavement on Church Street?
I have nearly been knocked down twice by cars using the pavement to drive on, and a delivery driver just had to brake hard as he was driving down the pavement, looking at his phone and I stepped out from my front gate, he then proceeded to shout and swear at me for using the pavement, it has really shaken me up!
I have attached a few photo's where you can see people using the pavement as part of the road. I know a lot of people feel the same on the street as they are also sick of people driving fast at them and then abusing them for using the pavement.
Could you add some sort of signage or a higher curb to stop people from mounting the pavement all the time?
Please try to do something on this report as you don't seem to do anything on any others.
This is very dangerous and someone will be knocked down soon if people are allowed to continue driving on the pavement.

Dead Deer on the road, 18th April
There is a large deer on the road as there is no verge on the side so people have been running over it. - please could this be removed.

There need to be 30 mph sign put up in this section as people often speed through here.

Herberts Hole, between the junction with Little Hundridge Lane and the private driveway up to Reddings Stables, 18th April
Much of this road is impossible to pass safely. In this particular stretch of road there are potholes and erosion to the point that you can't even slalom without encountering road surface damaging to vehicles. It seems this stretch needs completely resurfacing. Thank you.

Failed road surface, 17th April
I’m delighted by the councils nature preservation policy. The growing pot holes on frith hill, that you occasionally fill in but never properly fix, will shortly make a marvellous network of ponds for local ducks. All the more effective now cars have to actually drive on the wrong side of the road to get past them. Be in no doubt, it will get my vote at the next election.
