Completely inadequate road repair. Healey Avenue junction with Bowerdean Road.
I watched the so called ‘repairers’, as you can see from the ‘finished’ photos, the work is shocking.
Can you please look in to this immediately as this is not acceptable.

Accident damage car ? Danger for CHILDREN, 3rd May
An accident damage car stored on benjamin road opposite number 28/30 benjamin road. My dog cut its lip sniffing it as there is sharp glass and metal coming out of it. Saw drug users throwing needles inside.

Jackson Court Car Park, 3rd May
All the car park lining has worn away including the disabled space. The is a reirement housing complex with people who have mobility issues.

THe car park is littered with holes. The car park services the residents and the guests of the retirement homes. It is extremely dangerouse to cross the car park for the elderly/infirm.

Pavement in poor state of repair outside no.12, 3rd May
Jackson Court is retirement housing and the poor state of the pavements around this estate is a real cause for concern as many of the residents are elderly and/or infirm.

Pavement around the parking area, near the dropped kerb, 3rd May
The nearby tree is starting to raise the tarmac, which is cracking. making it very uneven. The footway which surrounds that parking area is used by all residents of the retirement housing.

White Citroen Low Loader, 3rd May
Vehicle has been parked since February in this spot. Previously it hadn't been taxed or MOTs but this has now been rectified. It blocks a public footpath, and notes have been left. Have advised that will probably not get picked up by BC and to try TVP, but will report anyway.

Abandoned, untaxed car with no MOT, 2nd May
This issue was closed with no further action taken with no reason given so I am re-adding it until clarification on the lack of action is provided. These bays are not private land, they are for the public. The vehicle should be removed,
Another untaxed vehicle with no MOT has been abandoned in bays that are reserved for residents and used on a first come first serve basis. This is resulting in a strained parking situation becoming even more strained and residents are being forced to park dangerously on pavements and verges as a result of cars repeatedly being abandoned in these bays.
To clarify, these bays are not private land and are free to use. Unfortunately, they are being taken advantage of by those with untaxed vehicles looking to avoid having them towed. This is 1 of 3 untaxed vehicles currently abandoned here, this particular vehicle hasn't been taxed in over a year with an MOT that expired back in November 2023.
