Barley close - deteriorating road surface, 26th April
The road surface in barley close is in need of a full resurfacing. The existing road surface is breaking up and although many of the coating potholes and surface was supposedly repaired less than 18 months ago the quality of the repairs means that the same holes have recurred and are getting worse on a daily basis.
I really feel that you have a major problem with the quality of the repairs that you are making. A shoddy job means repeating the job less than 2 years after the last repair. You need better quality controls.

Road surface condition - Amersham Rd, 26th April
The stretch of Amersham Rd, of the A404 to the recreational ground, is in really terrible condition and has deteriorated at a quick pace within at least the last 6 month. This has multiple large potholes and is breaking up in several areas. This may be hazardous to pedestrians and drivers and is an urgent matter.

Van obstructively parked between 35-33 Hillview Road, 26th April
BU13 SUY - is taxed and MOT'd, however the vehicle is not only obstructing a private driveway, it has also mounted the kerb and is which is causing pedestrians to have to navigate into the highway to pass the vehicle. Please attend as soon as possible.

Skoda in silver, 24th April
Vehicle abandoned outside my parents home. They are elderly and bed ridden and my father is being treated for end of life. Ambulance has problem reversing outside my parents house. The vehicle needs to be removed urgently very concerned this could effect emergency vehicles from parking while attending my parents.

Pathway potehole 1 foot deep, 24th April
Pathway has completely worn from poor patching in works previously carried out making the pathway highly un safe for walking pedestrians and especially when so close to the elderly homes.

Persistently parking in a restricted area., 24th April
We contacted the council separately about this ongoing problem and so far this car is still here. Saab blue DY58LZG opposite no 155. This car has been here for the past 3 months. We were unable to move it when the council repainted the faded single yellow lines 2 months ago.

15 missing bollards outside 91 and 93 Hamilton Road an also the entrance to the RGS, 24th April
I reported missing bollards on Hamilton Road under report reference, 5774209. I have received an update to say your inspector has visited the location and is 'unable to locate any issues'.
There are 15 plastic bollards missing! These have been removed, as previously reported, by two accidents and the rest by inconsiderate parking. This inconsiderate parking has now led to damage to the verges.
I am limited to three pictures but the bollards run (or used to) from the junction with the Ridgeway all the way to beyond the school entrance. In one picture you can see the existing bollards running from the Ridgeway to the entrance to the flats. In another picture you can see the last remaining bollard outside the RGS. The third picture shows two posts I have installed in the holes left by two of the missing bollards. If your inspector walks the line between the existing bollard outside the school to the line of bollards outside the flats he/she will find numerous holes where the bollards used to be.
Although these plastic bollards offer no protection to pedestrians they do deter the parking and protect the verges and need to be replaced.

Parking in a restricted road., 24th April
For over 3 months this car a blue SAAB DY58LZG parks in a restricted road opposite no155. No cars are allowed to park between 8am to 6am. This is a major road and at rush hour is a problem. Council aware of this problem.
