Overflowing bins and rubbish tipped all around. These bins are never emptied regularly , always rubbish falling out of them. Absolutely didgusting! Just like the rest of Woodcock Park/Kenton Grange since the new contractor took over last year. Grass not cut, litter not collected, rubbish everywhere!
