Blocked communal sewer, 11th January
How Harrow Council Housing dept has left a blocked sewer affecting 24 flats for over 2 weeks now since first noticed and reported! Some of the open (sink, Basin and Shower ) drains are now overflowing into the garden as a result of this! The disabled ground floor shower is unable to pump correctly due out because of blocked sewer! This sewer blocks twice a year and yet the housing department has done nothing to remedy this situation in the 15 years that I have been reporting it!

Double parking, 21st October
The double parking in Rayners Lane is getting worse. Throughout the day people double park causing traffic chaos. Cars caught up in this regularly sound their horns. This dangerous situation needs addressing before someone (pedestrian or otherwise is hurt/ injured). I have seen multiple car crashes in the last month alone.

Third world road surface, 27th July
Despite other roads being resurfaced in the area, Beaulieu Drive is untouched despite being one of the worst roads in the area. I've reported to Harrow Council, but they are not interested & say the road doesn't meet the requirement to be repaired. One of the highest council taxes in London & some of the worst road surfaces.

Request for reinstalling bin at bus stop, 22nd July
There used to be a bin at bus stop 50821, which is the Rayner's Lane bus stop for bus 183. The bin was there till about a year back. The latest Google Street maps from Jun 21 shows the bin as well. The bin has now been removed as a result of which passengers litter my drive, put non recyclable waste in either the garden or recycling bin which I then have to clean manually. Lot of passengers spit on the wall at the bus stop as well.
Please can you check if the bin can be reinstated? The bus stop does not have a bus stop number other than 50821. The bus stop is outside 38 Marsh Road HA55NQ

Rubbish by the Whitby Road shops is health hazard, 19th July
Every Tuesday without fail the rubbish from the flats & shops is left on the street and animals rip all the bags open strewing the rubbish across the pavement and road. We regularly have to cross the road just to avoid the health hazard that is left. I have reported this to the council more than once and they do send a team to clean up - EVERY TUESDAY MORNING! Surely something needs to be done to prevent this not just clean up the mess after the fact.
