Approx 10-20 metres from junction of Northwick Park Roundabout and Watford Road, heading towards Hospital on Left side., 29th April
Very large square hole on outside of gully drain. Approx 40 cm in width, from the edge of the drain and running the whole length of the drain. Very deep, could easily catch and remove a car tire should someone be unfortunate enough to land in it. Been present at least 3 weeks.

Wait button not working, right hand side on Gayton Road side, 23rd April
The right hand side call button as encountered when approaching from Gayton Road has no effect. I eliminated the light as a problem by successfully using the left hand call button.
This was at about 17:10 on Monday 22nd April.

Parking on double yellow line, 18th April
A number of vehicles park on this corner which is double yellow lines. Sometimes it's a van and sometimes it's a car. Ots very dangerous coming out from main road to.abercorn crescent. Note there is a school of abercorn crescent so it's dangerous for kids as well.

Caravan left on roadside with someone sleeping in it., 16th April
Unhitched caravan on roadside. Bricks placed under the wheels to stop it rolling downhill. Person/persons sleeping in it. Water discharged from it in the mornings. Caravan has UK number plate. Car that towed it has a Polish number plate. Been there from 11/04/24. Opposite Numbers 73 and 75 The Ridgeway near junction at Lincoln Road.

Abandoned vehicle without MOT, 14th April
Abandoned vehicle without MOT being used for additional storage and has not moved for 6 months.
Youths now have started to vandalise the car by scratching it and bending it's wiper arms.

There are 3 long potholes that are the width of the road and 2 small ones.Hopefully I haven’t damaged my tyres due to this!

Button for pedestrian crossing not working on one side, 27th March
Button for pedestrian crossing not working on one side (The side next to Mir Food Centre). It makes it difficult to cross the street as pressing the button does not trigger a green light for pedestrian crossing. Even though the button light goes off after a wait, there is no green light for crossing, unless someone presses the button from the other side.
