Junction of Castleton Avenue and East Lane, 26th April
Manhole cover is loose on the junction of Castleton Avenue and East Lane. This has been a problem for several months. I reported previously in Nov/Dec 2023 but this remains unresolved. Every time a vehicle drives over it there is a very loud clunking noise. I received an email in March (see attached screenshot) saying "Sent to NRSWA team." Please can this be actioned ASAP as the noise pollution is unbearable and this has not been addressed for months?

Wembley High Road, 26th April
The whole of Wembley High road has missing/faded white, yellow and stop lines. Particularly concerning is the lack of white lines at pedestrian crossings, leaving vehicle drivers and pavement plodders guessing at where vehicles are legally obliged to stop. This is a clear SAFETY issue.
