Large vehicles passing Killinghall CoE Primary School at peak times, 17th April
Hello. Your vehicles are passing Killinghall CoE Primary School at peak times, Yorkshire Water who have works going on up Crag Lane have agreed not to send large vehicles up Crag Lane at peak school pick up and drop off times as the lane is narrow and their vehicles are very large and passing the children close to pavements is scaring them. There are parked cars around that area at peak times which does lead to your vehicles having issues passing. If you speak to Yorkshire Water about this they'll tell you about their agreement to limit access at peak times (my case with them ref V424891). I have evidence of your vehicles driving up that route at peak times having issues passing parked cars; 1st March 8:57AM vehicle reg NX73 SXD, 11th April 8:40AM vehicle reg YJ18 MUC.

Drainage grates broken and loose, 5th March
This has been an ongoing problem for well over a year. A lot are loose and have to be popped back in regularly and others have broken resulting in missing gaps

Farmer has sign up saying not to use the path, 8th October
The farmer has a sign up saying not to use the path "for health and safety reasons" but no diversion, no end date. Feels like they are simply trying to block access. Please inform the farmer of footpath rights, if it was temporary then there needs to be a proper explanation, an end date and a valid alternative.

Foothpath does not follow correct path, 8th October
The OS maps show a different path to the one the owner has put in around the mid-point where the stye is. The path is also often blocked with tree and hedges due to the way it's been moved.

Barbed wire on posts and dangerous. The footpath entrance at the near Cautley Drive, leading down to Crag Hill Lane is fine. However the middle and bottom sties are hazardous with barbed wire on the posts and almost deliberately put out to be unfriendly

Two 10 inch pothole, 2nd September

Hollins Lane end of Chain Bar Lane there is a broken culvert, next to a poorly recently filled pothole., 6th August
The potholes were poorly surface filled on 30th July 2019. Due to high volume of traffic using Chain Bar Lane, the under Road culvert is liable to collapse causing further damage and increase in surface water on a busy and fast (60mph) Road, so a potential accident waiting to happen. When I questioned the workmen pothole filling I was told that they were only surface filling and I would have to report the culvert separately.

Multiple problems to fix attached walk, 27th January
Please fix following problems on attached walk. Point 1 Grid ref 213604.Path that breaks left to road could do with fingerpost. Where it meets road at 214606 there is no stile ,overgrown and broken down wall banking . You have to search for suitable break.No fingerpost from roadside either. Point 2 Grid ref 233628 Needs fingerpost / gate sign to indicate path to left is after wall. Unclear from map and terrain as to which side of wall path takes. Point 3 Grid ref 255608 Path is shown crossing wall at apex. No stile at all. No markings as to route. You end up going through a gate 100m right and wandering down field. Needs style and some direction arrows to avoid aggravating land owner. Point 4 Grid ref 257603 fingerpost shows way off road but fenced off no stile. On farmers track just after - no corresponding fingerpost to show way across field. Point 5 Grid ref 258599 broken stile.

2 ft long (and 2.5" deep) pot hole in main carriageway, with slightly smaller pot hole after it. Overhanging trees on left and crumbling edge of highway, 3rd May
Large pot-hole increasing in size and in a dangerous location on the highway. Over-hanging trees and crumbling edge of highway mean vehicles are more likely to take this line. This is a road well-used by groups of cyclists (it was last year's TdY route) and it has potential to cause an accident
