Completely blocked PROW, 9th April
Grid ref ST 77614 90217 PROW completely blocked for circa 20 mtrs just past Foxholes Farm from the field boundary/stile onwards. Direction walking was from the Cotswold Way heading towards the brook/ Newmills Farm. I had to head up the hill to clamber over a double barbed wire fence to re-join the Cotswold Way. There was evidence that other walkers had also done this ie stretched and bent fencing.

Close to the track leading to Hillesley Mill. The pothole has been evident for a week or two and is often full of water.

This whole road is a danger, 27th December
After the brow of the hill the whole road is covered in potholes. This means that you constantly are swerving to avoid them. Some are very very large and others are smaller. The whole road is an issue and there will be an accident if they aren’t fixed I think.

I am the Network Manager for Bristol Water. The old AC main runs directly through the culvert and causes blockages to Hareley Gate Farm. We are looking to dig down on top of the culvert, remove a section, remove the AC pipe, and then will need some assistance in repair the culvert before we backfill and reinstate.

A few potholes, along the straight stretch of Chapel Lane where indicated from the tick in the middle., 2nd November
There are several potholes along this stretch of the lane which in turn is leading to protruding metal work, where the manhole covers etc. are. The issue is ongoing and getting worse for a normal saloon car.

The road surface on south bound side has many areas where the road surface has been lost and it is dangerous for cyclists - road in shade so difficult to see. There is some of this near the bridge and some half way up.
