Traffic lights have not been adjusted for hour change, 2nd April
This morning (2nd April), the traffic lights were switched on in the morning rush hour around 7.30am. Normally they are switched off in rush hour. I suspect that they need to be adjusted to account for the change to British Summer time

Missing Traffic light structure & individual traffic lights are out, 18th March
1. There is a whole traffic light missing when travelling from Tortworth towards J14 M5. It was knocked out by a car months ago, if not longer. Will it be replaced?
2. Several of the other traffic lights are in situ but don't actually work. Will these be looked at/replaced, or is this a cost cutting exercise?

Traffic management, 18th February
Hello, I have to pass through the Falfield M5 junction daily which is subject to a worsening traffic management situation, long traffic queues, hours wasted in time spent queueing, as well as unimaginable levels of emissions from vehicles sat stationary for extended periods of time. I’d recommend that the traffic management system at this junction is reviewed with a view to constructing a more suitable junction to cope with expanding use as more people use this junction as new build developments are starting and completing. Thanks, Dan

The traffic lights are turned off at busy times of the day for some reason., 9th February
The traffic lights are off at busy times of the day but this means when leaving the M5 at junction 14 northbound you then have to ease out slowly to try and turn right. I was hit by a car coming from tortworth direction 2 weeks ago. There are very faded road markings, you can only see if traffic coming by using the creep and peak method which is very dangerous especially when it is dark and wet conditions. I asked a police officer if there is anything I could have done differently and they said use the creep and peak method. It is only possible to see clearly by peaking out into the traffic while also watching traffic on the other side of the road. Extremely dangerous
