Collapsed drain, 10th September
The gully at the junction of Kittochside Road and Waterside Road was completely cleaned by Council workmen on Saturday 09/09/23 and the corner has simply filled with water again after it rained. This suggests that the problem is not simply a blocked gully but more likely to be a misaligned pipe or a collapse. This junction is used by young children and adults every day to walk to the local primary school. This regular flood means that they cannot use the shortest means of crossing the road and endanger themselves by having to walk out into the road itself, which is very busy with traffic and is also a bus route. This is an accident waiting to happen. The junction has been like this for many years now and needs a proper repair. Please help.

Collapsed footpath and flooded gulley., 26th July
This locus is continually flooded as the gulley is full of silt and completely blocked. In addition, the footpath is partially collapsed and needs repaired. This is a busy corner, used by patents and school children walking to the school around the corner. When flooded they run the risk of being struck by the many passing vehicles as pedestrians have to take a detour by walking into the middle of the road. It has now been like this for many years and has never been properly addressed.
