For 100 yards, on West Burnside, south of Bridge Street (A91), the entire road surface is breaking up - pot holes and more. An absolute disgrace!

Irresponsible parking on double yellow lines, 25th May
Every day cars park on double yellow lines all over Dollar. 2 weeks ago I was nearly run down cross the road as I did not have clear line of sight due to a car parking on a corner on DY lines. Today I'm standing in the q for lloyds chemist. A car was parked on the double yellow lines. I witnessed a car travelling from the west turn into this side street. Due to the car on the DY lines the car swung onto the wrong side of the road. There was a car approaching. The car on the wrong side of the road reversed back onto the main road. Another car from the west was speeding. It swerved and missed hitting the reversing car by a few cm. If there had been contact the speeding car may have skidded, mounted the pavement on the North side, hitting people who were walking on the pavement. I've emailed this issue to the police 3x in the last 3 weeks and had no reply. Please find money in your cooncil budget to employ traffic wardens. I told the driver on the DY lines about the near miss and he told me to "go forth and multiply"

Drain cover very low in road / serious pothole, 4th April
This drain cover is on the road leading down past Dollarbeg toward the B913, and we burst our tyre whilst avoiding a lorry coming in the opposite direction. We have passed it on numerous occasions since then and it is still a big problem. Vehicles either swerve out into the road to avoid the pothole, or they go through it and end up damaging their tyre.

Very uneven surfaces in Bridge Street on pavement between Station road and telephone box pavement near telephone box, 6th October
This part of the pavement is very uneven. There are many different surfaces which makes the pavement treacherous for walking. I had a bad fall last week here,and I know of other people who have fallen in the same place. It has been like this for YEARS. time to do something about it please.

Street lights outside 24 sorley's brae and 12 Argyll Street are too bright., 26th August
Street lights outside 24 Sorley's Brae and 12 Argyll Street Dollar are too bright. Whilst we appreciate that you sent two men in a van a few weeks ago, the problem is the same. If they pointed up or down the road, not straight at my house but would prefer you change them back to the sodium lights not led as they are too bright and hurt my eyes. Please fix the problem. I have been asking for a long time, more than a year.
