There are quite a lot of theses raised screws on board walk areas of Ex cycle track. (Photo in section in front of Nutwell Court) We assisted a lady runner who had tripped and suffered bruising/shock the other day.

A car has been abandoned in Old Ebford Lane, the owner has sold her house and abandoned the car in the lane. The car is registered as SORN and the MOT expired in 2019.

Caravans, 22nd November
There have been 2 caravans parked nr the allotments in pound lane exmouth for far too long (at least 18months) if not longer. They have dumped at the side of the road. There is gas cylinders in one of them . There was a young man living in one but i havent seen him for a while.

Deep pothole, 28th November

Damaged sign and speed marker, 29th March
Welcome to Lympstone sign and 40 mph speed marker have been struck by a car on the A376 on approach to the village heading towards Exmouth. One pole holding the sign has been damaged.

Water / fluid keeps coming through tarmac, 2nd May
For many months, at least since January this year, water has been coming up through tarmac in this location. South West Water has been called out at least twice by myself and other residents, including last week. My understanding from speaking to staff investigating on site is that their tests suggest it is not a mains water leak and probably not a sewerage issue, although latter was not entirely ruled out. What the actual problem is, I don't know. Apparently SW Water responsibility doesn't go beyond these specific issues.
The problem doesn't go away during prolonged periods without rainfall, and appears to be getting worse.
Residents want this problem solved. Please escalate to appropriate level in Council, environment agency or whoever is responsible.
