Water / fluid keeps coming through tarmac, 2nd May
For many months, at least since January this year, water has been coming up through tarmac in this location. South West Water has been called out at least twice by myself and other residents, including last week. My understanding from speaking to staff investigating on site is that their tests suggest it is not a mains water leak and probably not a sewerage issue, although latter was not entirely ruled out. What the actual problem is, I don't know. Apparently SW Water responsibility doesn't go beyond these specific issues.
The problem doesn't go away during prolonged periods without rainfall, and appears to be getting worse.
Residents want this problem solved. Please escalate to appropriate level in Council, environment agency or whoever is responsible.
Thanks

Marker post destroyed (again!), 14th January
The last-but-one marker post has been destroyed repeatedly by vehicles and replaced a couple of times. This was caused by the property opposite having an untended dense hedge which forced vehicles onto the verge. This hedge has now been seriously pruned leaving room for traffic and, hopefully, a further replacement is likely to stay put. Please could you arrange this?

Extremely poor surface, 16th March
This bit of road has now had 'Road Closed' signs in place for a year. The road surface has broken up, and become covered in mud, presumably from the adjacent farm. Rocks and gravel have also been washed in, and its nearly always underwater. This is the most sensible route for cyclists to take from Woodbury to Topsham and southern Exeter but is now very dangerous.
