Huge puddles just past the Rugby Club opposite Retreat Road near the crossing. And in front of the Bus Stop past Ashford Road going to Exeter. Both problems have been repotted by Mr Leadbetter MP and Simon Jupp MP but to know avail. The one by the bus stop means that people standing there waiting for a bus get soaked. The Paths in Exeter Road and most of Topsham have not been swept and cleaned since before the pandemic

M5 J30 Southbound to A38 Halden Hill - Litter, 1st February
There is a large amount of litter on both the Northbound and Southbound carriageways. The litter is on the grass embankment, grass verge, hard shoulder and central reservation. LItter consists of household rubbish, plastic, tyre treads, road signs, road sign holders, cones.

Lane 1 is closed on the south-bound carriageway between J30-31. No roadworks are being carried out and the road surface is intact. The lane closure is causing extensive delays on the approach.

Caravan blocking spaces for residents, 10th October
Caravan parked in same place for over 2 months (since mid August 2022) now taking up 2-3 residential parking spaces as parked so inconsiderately. Having asked neighbours along this part of road no one here owns it & this person is hogging spaces desperately needed by residents. We have a new baby & struggled to park anywhere near our house since this caravan arrived. The top end of this road is the busiest part of the street & other neighbours here are frustrated this caravan is sat there for months taking up our much needed spaces.

Bits of what appears to be a wooden shed dumped, 5th September
In three close locations in the alleyway to the rear of my property (481 Topsham Rd) numerous large pieces of wood etc including what look like pallets have been dumped in the last few days.

Vandalised car, 10th May
Please could you arrange for this vehicle, to be removed as it is being vandalised and I am worried that they may set it alight. We have reported this to the police the reference no is 623. The vehicle doesn’t belong to us but to somebody who used to live in one of the properties.
I would like to report this as urgent.

Homeless man’s old camp, 7th February
This relates to the area of land between the M5 motorway and the footpath running alongside the playing fields used by Exeter University. A homeless man was living there (where pin shown on map) but has since been housed. Left behind is his camp with a huge amount of litter to clear, as well as general litter recently uncovered by the vegetation being cut back by highways employees. As this land isn’t owned by the council they won’t clear it up. It requires specialist protective equipment due to the nature of the camp and large volume of litter, otherwise I’d just do it myself. It says don’t include contact details but I would like to be contacted to know that this will be cleared please as it’s right next to a public footpath used regularly and has been in this state for around 6 months with no change.

Cars parking too near junction, 23rd May
At the junction with Denver road and Clyst road Topsham cars are now parking up the hill, there are double yellow lines on the junction but they need to be extended up the hill as when turning left from Denver road you can't see traffic coming down Clyst road

Street light broken, 10th December
The street light is broken and is very dangerous as you can not see the steps when it is dark. We have many elderly people who live in the street and are struggling to use the steps safely.

Abandoned blue Daewoo Tacuma CP04XPV in Dryfield, Exminster.. Left partly on pavement and potential health hazard as full of bags of discarded items. Shows as SORN and no MOT on checking sites. Door mirrors are hanging off vehicle which could injure pedestrians and mobility scooter users., 10th November

Part of Milbury Close is collapsing into culvert below road, 17th October
The road surface at the entrance to Milbury Close is gradually falling into the culvert below. If allowed to collapse access will be denied to services and 23 properties. The culvert is approx 40"deep. The surface has been "fixed" previously, ie a shovel full of tarmac rolled by the rear wheel of a lorry!!!!! The road dip now is quite significant and need attention
