House in our street ,tenants always park on a fire hydrant and always on the pavement,it is belived that this house is let as an HMO but not registered as same it would appear that more than 4 Polish males live in this two bed house.

A30 surface water, 26th December
@25.12.2022. Obervation: Surface water and considerable amounts of rain water/run -off simply lying on A30 between Okehampton and Exeter. No signage to indicate there may be a problem on this road. No warning signs where there are ‘ponds’ of water covering lanes. Yet, on the M5, surface water was less and 50mph warning signs illuminated. Observed that some gullies on A30 appeared to be not effective. Surface water not draining quickly is a problem on A30, and where this is a problem warnings might be placed in advance of those areas please. Thank you.

20+ potholes 50 metre stretch of road, 7th December
The road to Livaton Farm is becoming increasingly potholed. Over the past year or so at least 20 large potholes have appeared on the road. Most of the potholes are on one 50 metre stretch of the road making it virtually impossible to avoid potholes while driving on this road.
