Illegal parking causing access problems, 28th February
Cars are illegally parked opposite a junction, on a corner of a main road and on a corner of a road with double yellow lines. This is happening consistently on a Saturday when there is a rugby match on and is causing access problems for residents on the estate. These photos were taken on Saturday 25/2/23 from 2pm onwards

Permanent barrier to use of green space & public footpath, 22nd November
Five foot high fence built overnight by member of public, preventing access, usage and enjoyment of green space and public right of way footpath, especially by disabled/elderly, those with guide dogs and those pushing wheelchairs or prams. No room toto pass let alone maintain one or two metre social distance, Other side is narrow sloping verge to active stream. Also all is in flood plain, Serious hazard to environment & general public and prevents easy usage & enjoyment of green space and the public footpath used by many to get to town., as well as the many dog walkers and children.

Inconsiderate parking of commercial vehicle, 11th November

Road Diversion - Accidents, 25th June
The B3215 just outside of Okehampton is closed until the end of July due to road works. Local traffic is now using a narrow road / lane the Brightley Road B3217. There have been a number of minor accidents over the last couple of days, and also a more serious accident on the 15th June involving my wife, which resulted in two cars being written off. Would it be possible to introduce a temporary reduced speed limit down from the national speed limit to say 30mph whilst this road copes with the increase in traffic flow. Local residents and walkers have reported a number of near misses on a "facebook community site" as well

Noisy manhole over keeping residents awake, 7th February
This manhole cover on Crediton Road, adjacent to the end of Broom Park has been very noisy for over a year, but is getting worse. It keeps residents awake at night and wakes them early in the morning. It is unreasonable.

Drain cover almost giving way. Very cracked, 25th March
Almost broke manhole cover between Lloyds and Natwest. Looks cracked and sunk about 2-3 inches when I stood on it. Going to cave in completely soon.
