Parts of the path around Oakbank bing between the bing and Linhouse water flood frequently. Could do with improved drainage and upgrade.

Blocked Drain causing flooding, 3rd April
The drain in the corner is blocked and during periods of even moderate rainfall the parking area and road floods. On several occasions recently I've had to wade through water to get to my car.

Speeding in Spottiswoode Gardens, 7th February
The 20 mph signs need repainted, it should be redone as 40 mph as that seems to be the average speed that most drivers do especially at school run time. Just a matter of time before there is a serious accident. I have previously requested that speed bumps be put in place to slow the traffic down.

Rats Spotted - Not Kidding!, 7th February
On Boxing Day 2023 I went to my Local ASDA, ASDA Livingston, at the south west corner of ASDA's Car Park I caught 2 Rats scuttling into surrounding shrubs and vegetation, I reported this to the ASDA Security Guard, I also reported it to WLC who thanked me for letting them know, It's down to ASDA to deal with this apparently, I felt the need to alert WLC as rats obviously breed and multiply.
I also spotted Rats at another location during December 2023 which I'll file as a separate report on Fix my Street.

Litter Waste, 1st February
General Public Intruders have been breaking into Oakbank Recycling Centre and on their way out dumping many items around the outside of the perimeter fence, they infiltrate Oakbank Recycling Centre by simply undoing nuts and bolts on selected spars of the perimeter fence, the pictures reveal that WLC have actually taken Next Best Action Steps, I had litter picked this very spot last year and explained my position to 1 of the WLC operatives, I did mention I would only litter pick this area once.

Pothole North of Murieston Way., 27th December
This is only one of many potholes on Murieston Road. It's time a survey was done to spot the many others and get them fixed. There is also a fallen tree roughly 10 or so metres East of Murieston Wood which could pause a problem to high sided vehicles.
