Potholes across A904 near Philpstoun turning, 12th February
There is a line dug across the road just before the Philpstoun turning (if you are coming from Champany) that has become badly potholed in the last few weeks. As it is in the braking zone for the turn it means vehicles are unsettled as they slow for the junction.

B903 Drainage problem causing flooding, 24th September
The road to the left of No 7 and right of No 6 has an area where rain water doesn't drain and in heavy rain, causes flooding into the driveway of No 7 Champany

Bins not collected since before Christmas, 10th January
We have had no bin collection for over 4 weeks now and both blue and green bins are now full to bursting up and down the street. Oil has been delivered in a truck the same size as Bin lorry so there is no excuse as to not getting up street for weather or parked cars as has been suggested as the reason sometimes. I am getting really frustrated as now there are bags being dumped on street and we will have to do the same soon. This will no doubt cause birds to make a bigger mess of street. Why is we pay council tax again??

Dangerous subsidence/erosion of road, 13th May
Soil surrounding drain has been eroded by rainwater, this erosion has resulted in a 2 metre drop into the field. The banking has been completely eroded away up to the road edge resulting in a dangerous risk to road users and especially pedestrians at this point. Any vehicle leaving the road surface at this pointto allow a larger vehicle to pass could possibly end up in the field or seriously damaged.

Street light on electricity pole FHL 64 unlit., 28th July
The light remains unlit when the other lights along the road come on. It is most necessary as the shore road is busy with young people on summer nights. The neighbouring properties are occupied by OAPs.
