Numerous potholes from Kirkurd junction on A702 all the way down to A701 Broughton, 15th December
There are numerous potholes that are endangerment to life, all the way from Kircurd junction A702 to and throughout Broughton Village A701. It like running the red gauntlet as these potholes fill up with rainwater, flood and you can’t see them. They are destroying cars and potentially could kill someone by causing accidents. I would send photos but there are far too many and that alone would be hazardous on that road. Please look into this

Very Poor / dangerous road surface, 10th May
A72 / A701 junction just south of Blyth Bridge. The road surface at this sharp bend / junction is so rough / poor that it is a danger to bicycles / motorcycles. It feels like a farm track rather than a major A road junction. It has been patched up so many times that the Shell grip safety surface is almost non existent on this sharp bend. As this road is already classed as a dangerous road for motorcyclists (hence all the beware signs), it would be nice if the road surface is not a contributory factor to any possible accident at this point. It has been like this for the last couple of months.
