Excessive Speeding, 23rd January
This stretch of road is a 20mph, as is the entire estate but cars routinely speed through the estate at speeds well in access of 20mph. The Council needs to look into installing traffic calming measures throughout the main road of the estate from Milligan Drive down to Pringle Drive. In the time I have lived here a car crashed through the metal railing and into the living room of a flat. Numerous cats/dogs have been ran over. It’s only a matter of time before there is a fatality.

Faded road marking - protected lane, 28th September
On the Shawfair spiral roundabout the solid white line for the protected lane exiting the park & ride is severely faded and wasn't repainted when the rest of the lane markings were earlier this year. This is causing learner drivers to fail their driving test (especially in rainy weather) as they mustn't cross the solid white line but sadly they cannot even see it. The line has faded much further since the attached photo was taken.
