Numberous potholes outside 35 -37, 11th April
The pot holes have been here for months making it extremely difficult to get to my driveway, I have had 2 tyres repaired due to damage caused by these, I have reported 3 times to council.

Mud on pavement, 10th April
Have reported this problem a few months ago but thought it would not be addressed until the better weather came in. The grass verge alongside the pavement has been turned into mud after the mini tractor that was spreading salt over the winter months actually drove over the grass instead of staying on the pavement causing the edge to turn to mud. I was just walking back to my house and nearly went all my length as slipped on the mud which was encroaching onto the pavement. This is not the first time this has happened either. As already said I reported this already but was thinking it was being left until the better weather arrived and the mini tractor was no longer needed

Numerous potholes from corner of Southhouse Grove to corner of Southhouse Broadway, 10th April
Potholes have been there for months and gradually getting worse. This part of the road was covered with tar on the surface some years ago but started breaking up within months of it having been done. There are now numerous potholes appearing as result.

Keep clear sign. And no entry signs faded., 25th March
The keep clear sign stopping cars from blocking the exit of cars from Gracemount Road onto Howdenhall Road painted on the road has nearly vanished.
Also at the same junction the no entry sign into Gracemount Road painted on the road is also now very faint. Gracemount Road is a one way street.
Could they please be painted again so that they can be noticed, for the residents and through traffic.

Pothole/broken tarmac Edgefield Road/Fountain Place junction, 24th March
Sunday 24/3/24 14:20 A young female tripped when crossing over Edgefield Road as her foot wobbled on the broken tarmac shown in photo. 5 witnesses saw her trip.Thankfully she was not severely injured however please repair this before the next victim is not so lucky. Loanhead Community Council will be informed.
