Significant cluster of deep potholes on a steep descent, 19th February
The number of potholes, their depth and severity and the additional local hazards of parked cars, blind exits from properties and large numbers of cyclists and horses trying to use the route makes this very dangerous. It is hard to avoid hitting the potholes on a bike even if you can slow down enough to pick your way through, and cars also trying to avoid them or pulling out to pass parked cars makes it really dangerous. I've also damaged my car by hitting this cluster of potholes. There is significant gravel washed out onto the road and the whole section is treacherous.
