The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of DN36 5QT:
Pothole on pavement/verge problem, 3rd May
surface uneve, damage is about 1.5in deep
Report on FixMyStreet
Drain on road directly outside The Wickets, High Street, North Thoresby, 1st May
When it rains this drain very quickly overflows and can get halfway up my driveway and more than halfway across the road. It is dangerous as cars do not expect the volume of water that collects and I am unable to walk safely out of my drive. I moved here three years ago and have reported this on three occasions. Only once did you attend and afterwards it was no better. It gets worse and worse with the heavy rainfall. Something substantial is blocking this drain and needs investigation asap. The drain a couple of metres up at the bus stop also blocks but the water is predominantly from the drain directly outside my driveway, The Wickets, which is directly alongside the cricket ground. Please can you send someone to investigate?

Russian roulette driving on this road, 12th March
Numerous large holes and depressions along the road side which are spreading well onto the road. When they are filled with water it is a gamble if they are small or will cause damage by running into them. You have no choice but to head to the middle of the road. THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE OR AN ACCIDENT AND HAS BEEN REPORTED NUMEROUS TIMES OVER SEVERAL YEARS - NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It needs sorting as a matter of urgency.
