All the way down from the main road to end of Outhholme Road, 9th May
We have looked been to have a look at the state of the road after the refuse men reported that the road is in bad condition and not ideal for truck to go down. After visiting today I agree that the road is in need of urgent repair, we don't want to stop the rubbish collection for the properties down here but if this problem isn't sorted then unfortunately we will struggle to continue to go down.

Fourways Tetney DN36 5NF, 6th May
Not sure if this is Council problem, but several trees in the area of Fourways and adjoining roads, next to the pathways (not in the gardens) are overhanging the roads. They are in need of pruning and or cutting back. This has not been done for years. The main problems are small falling branches and bird droppings going on to cars parked outside the homes. These homes are a mix of private properties and Housing Association, but the HA (Platform HG) say it's not their problem. Could you please survey the area and clarify who is responsible. Thank you.

The whole of Holton Road, 4th April
This problem was reported by myself a while ago, and many of the potholes have been repaired with long sections of tarmac, but the smaller holes didn’t get repaired, and now they are much larger. It’s a hazard when coming across a vehicle coming towards you as one of you is likely to be going down a hole. This is happening the full length of the road starting in Holton le Clay and going right past the first few houses in Tetney.

Drain on western side of Hoop End outside Tomar, 30th March
For past 11 months or more, drain is completely blocked with mud, water flows back out of it, causing standing water which is hazardous when it freezes in cold weather. This problem was reported in December and marked as due to be cleared, but it hasn't changed despite being shown now as 'closed'.

Kerb side drain between nos 3 & 4 Chapel Road, 20th March
Reported this drain was blocked you then dismissed it, as the drains were cleared last year! Well it’s blocked again I would mot report it if it wasn’t blocked, at the same time the kerbside side gutter requires a road sweeper as it’s due to mud and vegetation that has caused the blockage, much of the village kerbsides are fouled with debris, can these be swept and drains cleared, I’m old enough to remember this used to happen regularly in the 70,s yet with rising council tax charges and a chief executive on £200.000 plus a year why aren’t the council supplying these services on a regular basis ?

66 Tetney lane., 18th March
Due to the resurfacing of the foot paths, which has caused an element of elevation. My drive has continued to flood. It is now encompassing the garden, and i am concerned this in turn cause structural damage not only to the tree, and bungalow. The same issues occurred at other property's whom also stated, the council rectified the ongoing flood, due to walkway upgrade.
