Pothole and dangerous raised curb norbury close allestree, 20th April
Near the second gateway to Lawn Primary School (first pedestrian gateway) there is a pothole on the side of the road, and it is getting bigger and bigger. Alongside the pothole is a raised curb edge that needs lowering as it is a trip hazard.
This has been ongoing for quite some time and I have noticed recently that the rain we've had is worsening the problem very quickly.
It wouldn't take much for someone to trip over the raised curb or roll an ankle in the pothole - lots of elderly residents in the area as well as, of course, a school full of children.

This pothole is the middle of the road and it is slowly deteriorating. Cars are having to swerve to miss it and it’s right next to where i park so chip stone is hitting my car. This needs to be filled asap as it will cause more damage to mine and others cars.

Out of date sign, 17th February
Road sign says "New Road Layout Ahead" at ///look.stress.tribes. To the best of my knowledge this road layout has not changed for several years so the sign is misleading and distracting and should be removed.

Slippery road surface, 15th February
The exit off the roundabout entering the A38 in the direction of Ripley, the corner and the hill climb feels slippy. Perhaps a build up of oil or some spillage here has caused this section of the road to become less grippy. Needs cleaning or resurfacing perhaps.

Uncleaned road verge, 14th February
Today at 8.00am saw mini street cleaning vehicle sweeping road verges on Finningley drive. Didn't clean Wickersley close however? Nearby Slack lane hasn't been cleaned either. Has to be the smaller cleaning vehicle as not sufficient room for the larger vehicle to clean properly.
