New crossroads sign near New Inn junction, 10th May
Brand new Crossroads sign installed on left side of road heading towards Sandbach, which means it's after you've passed the crossroads! At first it faced Sandbach, now it's been turned sideways so that it faces a field. There is an identical sign on the opposite side, facing vehicles approaching the crossroads, so If this one is needed at all, it needs to be turned to face traffic coming from Sandbach.

M6 bridge over path dropped debris from bridge structure, 26th April
M6 passes over Salt Line walking/cycling/riding route. A lump of bridge structure appears to have fallen onto path. Worried more may fall. Concrete about half a fist size.

Roughly 25yds south of canal bridge between Hassall green and Potters Barn, 24th April
Pothole is difficult to avoid, and caused my front left tyre to burst when driven over. Unaware of how long the issue has been present as this isn’t a road I travel along a lot. Roughly 5-6 inches deep, 1ft wide and 2 ft long.

Past motorway bridge towards rode heath before the dio, 10th April
Dangerous!!!this has been reported a number of times since december 2023!yet no repairs have been carried out let alone even marked up! this is going to cause some serious damage to vehicles or even cost somebody's life as thi is an unlit road and is impossible to avoid especially with on coming traffic! please carry out repairs asap!

On the bend opposite the pink church, 9th April
The road is flooded from the fields and bought the soil/sand onto the road and down the lane. There is also a river of water. Managed to shovel up quite a lot around (I’m 79 yrs old!) the drain but needs clearing properly. This is a regular problem and nothing has been done to prevent it.

Out side 103 Hassall road, 4th April
Gully now blocked since work carried out to clean gully and drain further down the road, fixed one but now other gully previous running free now blocked and flooding out side entrance to 103. Would you please get it fixed if possible.

Large rocks have been put at the edge of the road creating a danger of damage to vehicles on a narrow bend. The rocks are placed protruding into the road and are difficult to see and avoid.

Television abandoned in verge. Perhaps a TV licence holder's reflection on the quality of what is being broadcast these days, however they could have had the decency to take it to the nearby tip rather than casting it into the verge and require the CEC residents to pick up the cost..... Noted this while running so unable to provide a picture.
