There are multiple potholes and severe road surface degradation at this location. It's been reported many times and is getting worse. I note that this stretch of road is due to be closed on 17 June so that Scottish Power can undertake some works. This would be an ideal opportunity to fix the whole road surface at the same time. Could you arrange for it to be done please?

Has somebody actually been to see the road surface, this road needs repairs doing now even if it is only temporary pothole repairs, which are just a quick fix for a very short amount of time. I appreciate that it is included in more major road surface work "in the future" but this doesn't help now !!

The road is so badly damaged that every time a truck or tractor drives through the damage our House shakes. It wakes us up at night thinking there is an earth quake. It will not be long before our house starts to show signs of damage which I guess the Councils insurance will cover ?

I got a puncher here last week Thursday 11/04/24. My dog goes to Abby grove daycare at the bottom of the lane I have drive up and down here three times a week. The hole was repaired poorly a few months ago it coursed me massive inconveniences with getting a puncher due to the size of the hole which resulted in a loss of income for the day as I’m self employed.

Along the road to Abbey Grove Farm just outside gate down the lane off Congleton Road, 12th April
This pothole has been here for months. It's gradually worsened to the point that yesterday 11/04/2024 I've had to replace 3 tyres at the cost of £225 per tyre as these pothole which are on both sides of the road has caused damage to my 3 tyres and the alloys inside as the holes are so deep. This is totally unacceptable now and I need to claim this repair cost as you've failed to repair these as they've been reported mutliple times as I see on the record.

Consistently parking car transporters on the A34 and ,customer cars at the layby of the garage , restricting vision from new road. Seen lots of near misses as you cannot see the traffic approaching from Stoke to Congleton and the added hazards of cars waiting in the middle of the a34 to turn right on to new road and right to Brownlow . Please note this is the second time of reporting this situation and since the first time it has got considerably worse and I will say it again. Cross Lane from the bottom of the bank where it is flooded to Deers Green Farm, 21st March
Cross Lane has many large deep potholes all along it from the bottom of the bank where it is always flooded right through to Deers Green Farm. The potholes are too many to count or report individually as they are merging into one. Drivers are swerving up the side of the lane to avoid getting car damage and the lane is getting almost impassable. The potholes are so deep and large that even ducks have taken to swimming in them!! The potholes have been present since the last time you looked at them and have been degrading for the last 12 months.
