Blocked drains leading to glooding, 28th April
The heavy rains we have had all winter and spring have led to a return of the flooding of the road opposite our house. The drains are completely blocked with silt etc so it takes a long time for the water to evaporate/disperse. We could describe our property as ‘lakeside’ but I am not confident that it increases its value.
