Huge pothole outside latchingdon primary school and 2 more by the zebra crossing, 6th February
The holes have been there for 4 years, it's never been fixed properly and highways simply come and fill in it quickly once in a blue moon, the multiple HGVs have made it worse again and it's causing damage to 2 local listed buildings that shake every 5 mins when they get driven over. it's becoming a bit of a joke now and it needs resurfacing completely to avoid any mote damage to the surrounding houses

Mud on Road, 12th January
Thick mud has covered the road from the vehicles entering and exiting the building site on land adjacent to Bridgemans Green. It is very slippery and dangerous for walking and driving.

3 very large and deep potholes on the main road into Latchingdon.., 13th September
These potholes have been there for a long time and even the residents have tried to highlight them to other road users by signs at the edge of the road. God help you if you hit them in the dark as this road is not lit.

Between the two 40mph signs exiting latchingdon towards coldnorton there are multiple long strips of potholes which are getting deeper and wider by the day.

Dropped manhole cover causing excessive house shaking, 21st May
There are five manhole covers outside of a new build property on The Street. Every time a HGV, bus or tractor hits one of them my house shakes excessively. It’s been reported several times and is now causing cracks and damage to my house. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Nothing is being done and my house is getting worse.
Several neighbours are suffering the same issue.

Dropped manhole cover causing excessive house shaking, 21st May
There are five manhole covers outside of a new build property on The Street. Every time a HGV, bus or tractor hits one of them my house shakes excessively. It’s been reported several times and is now causing cracks and damage to my house. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. Nothing is being done and my house is getting worse.

Thick mud left on road after construction work, 23rd February
Work has begun on land west of Bridgemans Green to build new homes. The builders have left thick mud on the road outside the construction site and it is a hazard to traffic and pedestrians.

2 very large potholes on entry to Mapledean Chase off Maldon Road, 13th October
These potholes have been here for over two months and this is the only access to our property in Mapledean Chase. It is also the access to Anglian Water's Pumping Station and Water Treatment Plant. The potholes are now at the point where they cannot be avoided and are likely to cause damage to vehicles accessing residential and business properties in Mapledean Chase.

Series of potholes, 3rd June
Series of potholes in the short distance from the junction with Maldon Road to just after the sharp bend, all seemingly as you head towards Maldon. Some quite nasty defects, and with it being a fairly busy road, quite narrow, and with a bend nearby, difficult to avoid

Foot path from blind lane to roundbush, 20th June
Our foot path no longer exists we have lived here over 25 years and always had a safe walk to the top of the hill now there is no path my wife is disabled uses a wheelchair but i cannot take her up the hill as this is far to fast now and very dangerous plus the passing bays also make it impossible this needs to be looked at urgent before a family member or a member of the public get killed reduce the speed limit and give me back my foot path please plus all the heavy traffic now is causing damage and subsidence to our cottage

B1010 Junction at Purliegh Roundbush, 15th February
15/02/2010 Travelling towards Maldon numerous developing potholes for 100 yards forcing cars to drive in middle of road.
Could cause tyre and / or wheel damage as well as causing suspension damage and / or wheel alignment problems.
