Unbelievably poor road surface for a vital road., 1st April
Ridiculous amounts of potholes along most stretches of the A595 from the Bothel A591 junction to Carlisle. Additionally, still temporary traffic lights to protect road structure - get it sorted - a major route in Cumbria on a par with the A66.

Mud and Stones, 25th January
There is mud and stones along this road. This is causing a loss of grip on the road. Stones are getting thrown up from tyres. The farm work in and out from the nearby fields causing this dangerous surface is not being signed nor cleaned up to prevent it.

here - the newer one
says "Wigton 1" with no
number whilst there's
still an older one up
with "Wigton 1 1/2"
and "B5304" on it! They can't both be right - or does Cumbria CC have a "Urban mile" and a "Country Mile" that differ or is the "B5304" one in kilometres?
