Gate 'locked' with barbed wire on public right of way, 1st October
Gate on route of public footpath sealed shut with barbed wire. No signposting present. Had to climb over gate in order to continue progress on public footpath.

Virtualy impassable stile, 1st October
Stile very old and precarious. Post of fence very wobbly and unable to hold to support self while using stile. Lots of brambles on opposite side of stile, another fence present also very wobbly and with barbed wire wrapped around causing snagging. No stile over this fence. Very difficult to navigate this part of footpath at all. Clearly not well maintained. Has been in this state for at least 1 year.

Verge Flailing, 10th June
Verge flailing, distruction of wild flowers including bluebells and orchids. This is a no flail verge, should not be flailed before late July. Damage has been done to the edge markers fitted at owners cost, this needs to be compensated for x 3. Require a site visit ASAP. Flailing took place AM Friday 10/06/22.
