Unsafe pavement and grass destroyed, 13th June

Tue, 13 Jun 2023 11:36:39 +0100
54.76585 -3.318071

Recent work has been undertaken by Viberoptix in Aspatria and they have just recently finished working at Brayton Park. They have left this area (pictured) and have now started work further into the town. As you can see they have left a path of destruction in what used to be a very nice area. The grass has been completely destroyed and will never recover with how it's been left. They have cut channels into the pavement to lay the cables and haven't filled the holes in adequately leaving numerous trip hazards and the surface unsuitable and unstable. Can you tell me if Viberoptix are responsible for sorting this out? - and if so when it will be done as I am sure somebody will have an accident soon if it's not rectified. I have numerous photos but I am only able to add 3. They also don't do it justice as to how bad it is. Thanks
