Unsafe pavement and grass destroyed, 13th June
Recent work has been undertaken by Viberoptix in Aspatria and they have just recently finished working at Brayton Park. They have left this area (pictured) and have now started work further into the town. As you can see they have left a path of destruction in what used to be a very nice area. The grass has been completely destroyed and will never recover with how it's been left. They have cut channels into the pavement to lay the cables and haven't filled the holes in adequately leaving numerous trip hazards and the surface unsuitable and unstable. Can you tell me if Viberoptix are responsible for sorting this out? - and if so when it will be done as I am sure somebody will have an accident soon if it's not rectified. I have numerous photos but I am only able to add 3. They also don't do it justice as to how bad it is.
Thanks

Tree growing from pavement, 24th September
This has been reported by Home Group for the last 3 years and nothing has been done about it, an old lady fell trying to get passed because the pin kerbs are covered by weeds and also 3 drains are blocked by weeds and debris. 2 pensioners tried to unblock one drain but there was too much rubble in it and it also floods in heavy rain. The pavement is also raised where it is growing out of it.

Potholes and mud covered road, 14th January
The condition of the road from where you turn off the A596 at postcode CA7 3JA towards Hayton is disgraceful. It is bad enough with potholes that have been worsening over recent months(only able to attach 1 photo but have more) but today it is almost unusable because of mud on the road from local farmers. It may be a country road but it is still a road not a lane and is bordering on dangerous. It is widely used by pedestrians, runners and cyclists, and also by local traffic and is an accident waiting to happen. I certainly won't be able to safely run on it tomorrow without risking falling. The road is absolutely covered in mud and debris from the fields for approx .5mile. The verges are all damaged from not being maintained correctly, and the sheer size of the vehicles being used. Perhaps the vehicle size is a sign of the times but are certainly unsuitable for such roads. Farmers then need to be responsible for returning the road to usable state. I'm fairly sure they have a legal obligation to ensure roads are safe.
