Tarmac in shocking state on the bridge, the wire mesh fabric under the tarmac is showing in several places leaving holes and dangerous to pedestrians and animals walking., 20th June
In between Mill Place and Irton hall is a small bridge which is in a shocking state of repair and has many vehicles crossing it daily and it getting worse. The wire mesh fabric is evident and tarmac disintegrated leaving holes. Many people walk over the bridge and is dangerous to both the public and animals.

Exposed manhole, 30th March
The manholes on the northern side of the road, just as it narrows at the foot of the climb are sitting with significant holes all round, so the edges of the metal are completely exposed. This could easily lead to a blowout just where control is required, particularly if a vehicle is coming in the opposite direction.
