Large road drain has been blocked for several years. Reported a month ago, response said drain jetted and problem solved. The drain is still blocked! Floods across road when rains. Just at blind bend. Freezes in winter.

2ft square road drain has been completely blocked for several years. The water floods the road all the way down to the blind bend in the photo. It freezes in winter. Previously reported a few years ago but no action taken.

Blocked drain causing flooding, 16th February
Blocked drain causing flooding across road on a blind bend and now large pothole developing under the water with tarmac material scattered across the road. Hole developed recent weeks only. Drain blocked with flooding for ages. Previously checked and deemed satisfactory. This is a terrible accident waiting to happen as soon as it freezes.

Blocked roadside drains, 17th February
3 large iron roadside drains have been fully blocked for a considerable time. All surface water therefore running along and across the road for several hundred metres. The entire road was flooded with surface water during the recent storms.

Completely blocked roadside drain, 17th February
Large iron roadside drain has been blocked for some time. All roadside water therefore runs 5 yards past the drain and unfortunately then flows down our driveway and causes flooding in the yard.
