There is a large queue of heavy goods vehicles, all along the A6, trying to get into Kendal calling to clear it up

Pot holes and very rough road surface, 6th September
The road in Hackthorpe from the bus stop up towards the village hall/school has several large pot holes and a very uneven surface , this is very dangerous for family’s walking to and from school/nursery or using the play park. The issue has been present for 12 months +

No street light for large sections of the village, 6th September
There is a lack of street lights in Hackthorpe especially on the main road from the old phone box/bus shelter to the pub. We now have 2 new housing developments at either end of the village and there is a noticeable increase in people out walking on an evening and also people walking home from the pub. It could be very dangerous especially with speeding vehicles at night time.

Vegetation by the motorway on fire 6 miles north of Tebay services, by M6 southbound carriageway. Please ignore map location, the fire is just before a sign indicating 6 miles to farmshop (Tebay).

Large deep pothole on A6, 1st November
Large deep pothole, northbound side of A6, just north of Bessy Gill pallet yard. This is a real danger to cyclists, motorcyclists and motorists, particularly in the dark and after rain as it's difficult to avoid (especially in the event of oncoming traffic).

No street lighting and when there is some its poor, 24th May
No street lighting around lowther village pull in around the cottages, leading the elderly to walk in the pitch black to the cottages for example 22a is on the pull in yet it is near pitch black and the lights on the houses should of been done by eden housing but nothing and a elderly woman fell after operation so not helpful at all

Flooding from Oaklands Caravan Park, 23rd January
When there is moderate to heavy rainfall the overflow from Oaklands Caravan Park is deposited onto the road causing flooding outside the entrance to the site. This has been much worse this winter and has flooding more than usual.

3" deep pot hole on road from Kirby third to lowther, 16th May
I was driving back from church group this morning with a friend when I went down this pothole. My car is no clunking on the left hand side any time I go over a drain or raised road. This wasn't the case prior as the vehicle has just been serviced.
