Block road gully, 25th August
There are two road gullies outside this property. One is blocked, the second is working. We have just witnessed a downpour that nearly over whelmed the road drainage system. Once over whelmed it would pour into the private drive and probably the property adjacent.

The road is in disgusting condition, with many pot holes and in a state of disrepair. Not only risking damage to vehicles but also injury to people as cars are swerving to avoid. Any major collision due to the state of the road could lead loss of life or major injury.
