Block road gully, 25th August
There are two road gullies outside this property. One is blocked, the second is working. We have just witnessed a downpour that nearly over whelmed the road drainage system. Once over whelmed it would pour into the private drive and probably the property adjacent.

Damaged gate letting out livestock, 14th June
The mesh on the gate has fallen through allowing livestock to escape through the frame. The hinges are also damaged and the gate has dropped which means it cannot close fully, also allowing livestock to escape. Sheep are getting stuck the wrong side of the cattle grid and getting hit by cars and/or getting stuck in the cattle grids attempting to get back to their flock.

Dip in road, 25th February
Dip in road that seems worse than before. A risk to car suspension as it's quite a sharp bump. Many cars swerving onto opposite side of the road to avoid it.
