Multiple Dangerous Potholes, 13th March
There are multiple potholes and road degredation causing a danger to drivers who have nowhere to go but into the deep potholes or into the oncoming traffic. Thre are at least 4 or 5 along this road and the worst one has a cone in it but you can't see it unless you are first in line to approach it and if not you have to react to someone often swerving with no warning. These potholes have been like this for at least 4 week maybe more.

Large deep pothole unavoidable, 24th December
Pot hole been here just short of a month. very deep and large. takes up 60 % of the road when travelling towards Haverhill direction. it is located near to the middle line. you have to go into the opposite lane to avoid it. if not it will cause the car to bounce harshly.

Growing pothole and trees growing up between cables, 29th November
A cable company, Gigaclear, laid a cable unilaterally and failed to resurface correctly leading to the pothole. Dead trees along road at same venue need felling because they have already and will cause cables to come down when the fall.

No internet due to wires down, 9th November
Please can Suffolk CC get a move on to close this road so Openreach can repair the downed wires here. We have been without internet this whole week, along with other households and it needs to be fixed urgently. We are, as most people, very dependent on our full fibre broadband.

Blocked road drain, 30th October
The council have recently re tarmac the road but this is the reason for the potholes in the first place. It is called water lane. The drain on the corner that is always blocked runs 1/4 mile and in the winter weather it breaks up the road causing pot holes. Thanks for re tarmac ing but could you consider unblocking the drains. You do the main roads but not this one. ( This includes all the road drains up the hill.

The whole road needs re-surfacing, 1st June
The back road into Haverhill Woodland Green to the bridge is unfit for purpose and needs re-surfacing just like the road that has been re-surfaced from the Hundon Plough to Hundon/Clare which really didn't need doing??

Multiple Pot Holes, 21st May
There are now only two large potholes on the road heading towards Haverhill. One has been filled in an others on this road but not these two which I reported two months ago! It is an A road and you need to drive on the opposite side of the road to avoid them. This is a new report as I understand updates to my last one don’t go to Essex Council who really need to fix this. In Cambridgeshire I have seen B roads fixed faster!

Multiple pot holes on both carriageways, 25th March
There are three large potholes heading towards Haverhill and at least two on the opposite carriageway.
They have been there for many weeks and they are so bad cars swerve to avoid them. It is only a matter of time before ther is a head on collision. This is an A Road so Essex County Council need to address these as a matter of urgency.
