Overgrown trees/hedge at side of road, 27th October
The tree/hedges have become so overgrown that the give way sign is no longer visible. Also the trees/hedges are pushing down the fence at No. 2 Feast Close which is to the rear of this area. It’s been like this for more than 6 months and is getting worse.

Potholes | several | very large & deep + gully drains blocked, 15th July
Large deep potholes along length of road between roundabout and railway bridge. Largest pot holes are outside entrance to Turners haulage.
Please repair the potholes and unblock the road gulley drains which are full of soil / grit. Bra cause the drains are blocked the road floods easily when it rains, and in the winter frost causes ice which contributes to potholes.
Look forward to update on repairs to the road surface and drain cleaning.

Rubbish, litter, fast food packaging in road and roadside, 28th December
The t-junction and nearby roads and grass verges are polluted with litter, fast-food packaging / wrappers, broken glass and loose grit in road. Drinks cans, bottles, snack packets along roadside and hedges. Road needs sweeping, and whole area kept clean.
I recommend Turners road haulage company should take responsibility for keeping the area clean going forward.

Toyota Yaris parked near junction, 28th May
A Toyota yaris has been parked and not moved for 5weeks now on bottom of mill lane not far from junction of river lane making entering or leaving junction very difficult. I have witness many near accidents due to the location of parking. A polite note was left on vehicle asking if could move vehicle due to the near accidents. The car still not moved.

Trees need pruning beside car parking spaces.Grove Gardens, Fordham. Please., 20th March
Trees need pruning. They hang over car parking area. Birds obviously use the trees and then mess over the cars causing serious damage to the paint work. The two trees in particular hang over the car parking area to the right of Grove Gardens, Fordham, as you enter. There is a small fenced area for rubbish collection underneath the trees.The other trees also need pruning but I believe that there is a preservation order on them.With thanks.
