Due to the blockages exiting into the ditch, (refer to photos) this is causing surface water to back up due to the sludge like material not allowing flow. this prevents the surface water from discharge and could result in that area of airport way to flooding as a result of heavy rain.

Abandoned BMW 5 Series, registration PF13OUL. Been left parked on the corner next to 23 Lemur Drive, obstructing both the road and the footpath for over 4 weeks now. Pedestrians forced to walk on the road.

DUMPED BAGS OF Duvet stuffing type material left beside charity clothing bins has blown all around the area in these high winds. Rubbish dumping Happens all the time around these bins. Not cleared regularly enough.

Missing manhole cover on grass outside 36 Peverel Road., 21st September
Deep (maybe 2m?) hole with ladder steps down. I *think* I can see the manhole cover at the bottom, tho something else has been dropped in on top. Someone has put an old cupboard door over it in an attempt to reduce immediate hazard of someone falling down but really needs immediate attention.

Flood under a14 underpass blocked drain, 3rd November
The tunnel that goes under the a14 at junction 35 at stow cum quy is flooded due to blocked drains This is used by pedestrian's and cyclists and is the only safe option to cross the A14 . Its quite urgent as the only other option to cross is the roundabout and there is no path or cycle laned
